Write My Essay For MeMODEL ANSWER
The course has provided me with critical thinking skills which are important in nursing practice. It has outlined the importance of a nurse educator to critically evaluate the situation of a patient and use evidence based approach and knowledge acquired before in making proper judgment. I have learnt that as a nurse educator, it is my role to ensure that students conform to the required standards of practice even as they learn different aspects of nursing. The different aspects of thinking such as thinking ahead, thinking in action as well as thinking back provides me with an opportunity to make positive impacts as well as proper judgements before working in any clinical setting. It has presented the need for students to be proactive as they undertake training as this is the only what they can fully participate and be sure they are fully part of the system (Chan, 2019.
This course has also shown me the different approaches that I can use as I respond to dynamic situations at the place of work. It is important that a nurse always thinks on his/her feet rather than waiting for “an opportune time” to make judgements. This course has also emphasized the need to be at times independent when coming up with clinical decisions. I have also learned that as a nurse I am expected to give unbiased judgements as that will form the basis upon which care will be provided to the patient (Li & Chen,2019). While analyzing any information in nursing care, it is crucial that such information is analyzed based on proper thinking as that will help in focusing on the situation at hand as well as provide quality results to the patients.
