Leadership, from the text on Adaptive Leadership, is seen to be an approach that entails managing other people and influencing them to achieve a given set of objectives. According to Dugan (2017), Adaptive leadership is an important attribute that drive an entity towards making positive decisions to solve recurring problems and adapt to changing environments. A leader should be alert to capture what the environment offers in order to positively influence other people (Dugan, 2017).
