Students will then begin to understand the significance of these health concerns and identify health promotion and illness prevention strategies to address the clients health concerns.

Case Study:  67-year-old male who continues to deliver parcels. The average package weighs between 10 lbs-50 lbs. He is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 110 lbs. He lives alone on a limited income with no family nearby. His vital signs are within normal ranges.

There are notable health concerns that the 67-year old man may suffer based on his weight and height. The man’s BMI is 18.88 which is within the normal body weight.
