To prepare for this Assignment, read the student rubric and review your board members’ proposals, which were submitted earlier in the week, noting strengths and weaknesses and any questions you have.

Part 1: Complete the rubric for each board member’s proposal.

Part 2: For each proposal, write a 1- to 2-page executive summary memo that details your reactions. Include in your memo the strongest points, the weakest points, any questions raised, and whether you would approve the proposal based only on the written proposal. Recall that you are playing a professional executive role—constructive feedback is expected.
