Introduction

            Assisting students with special needs academically, physically, emotionally as well as providing a conducive environment contribute to behavioral changes which enables them to remain motivated and focused. To ensure an effective and efficient interaction with students with special needs, I would ask myself questions based on various classroom set up. Such questions include how to establish a conducive classroom climate, how to conduct the lessons efficiently, how to establish good relationship and collaboration with the students, how to apply various teaching methodologies, and how to maintain discipline in the classroom.
