Students are to formulate a research question and hypotheses in the field of Homeland Security, design a method of testing the theory and detail how the study would be run. This is a RESEARCH PROPOSAL, which is different than a research paper.
Research proposal are to be 8-10 pages not including title page and bibliography. Students should utilize a MINIMUM of 3 DIFFERENT academic sources, not include the textbook. **Note Wikipedia is NOT an academic source and should not be used for this paper. Academic journals, books, and government websites are the best sources to use. Papers should include:
