- In which quadrants did you note the greatest difference between current culture and future culture? What organizational changes are needed based on your OCAI scores?
- In what quadrants do you see a need to increase emphasis? Decrease emphasis?

Organizational Culture Assessment
Organizational culture assessment is a process through which organizations evaluate their readiness to change and how the proposed change will impact the future wellbeing of the organization. The culture assessment incorporates analyzing the expectations of the organization, the experiences, the philosophy and values that guide every stakeholder in the organization towards critical decision-making. One of the key tools that can be used to assess the culture of an organization is the Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI). Using OCAI helps stakeholders in the organization to identify their culture and underscores what needs to change as demonstrated in this task.
Quadrant that has the greatest difference between current and future Culture
The quadrant that recorded the greatest difference between the current and future culture is one for collaboration. While the future score for this quadrant is 8, the current score is approximately 30. The higher score given to the future culture of collaboration is much lower than what is the score currently.
