Yes, I agree that the company’s demise was a fundamental breakdown in communication-based responsibilities because had there been well stipulated and well-articulated communication responsibilities, there would be a well-developed climate. The leaders of Enron failed to ensure a well-articulated communication structure that would inform them of the organization’s operations (Seeger & Ulmer, 2003). Also, there was no form of openness to the learning of the challenges that were facing the organization at the time.
