– Discuss the reason why you identified these areas

2. Juveniles comprise 50% of all shoplifters, discuss the reasons for this and how the Community, Juvenile Youth Services, LEO can work to reduce this problem.

3. There has been much discussion regarding the concern with the paramilitary style of certain Private Contractors and Law Enforcement. Write at least a one paragraph answer taking the position of support and one of non-support regarding this issue. Explain and discuss your reasons.

4. You are a newly promoted Sergeant of a Private Security Firm, you have been recently transferred to a new store which has been experiencing a large amount of loss due to a group of juvenile shoplifters. You have been advised by a couple of your personnel that they have reason to believe the juvenile suspects are relatives of one of your security staff and she has handled several of the investigations regarding these juveniles which always ends in a disposition of \”Leads Exhausted, Case Closed.\” You have been charged with developing an action plan designed to address this problem. Identify the steps you would take and discuss why you would take these steps.

The primary aim of terrorism is to create fear. Most terror groups target public utilities that are regularly used by citizens. Jacksonville city is the 14th largest town in North Carolina ranked among the fastest growing small city in America. The average age of the city is 22.8 years demographically which is attributed to the military presence. The city has various public amenities and places that can be targeted by terrorists. The most used public utilities that can be an easy target include the Onslow Memorial Hospital, Coastal Carolina Community College and any of the Wal-Mart retail stores.
