We went to the Clinical on Monday and Wednesday for Leadership Rotation.
We went through the COVID screening, met the house supervisor in the Lobby. The supervisor looked very busy because they have a one positive COVID case. It was hard for them to keep the patient in an isolated room because it\’s a psych facility and pt was not cooperative with the staff. My partner and I did not go to that area due to a positive case, and we are students, so we were not allowed. We met with the chief nursing officer. She explained their duties and responsibilities to us and told us it\’s not an essay position—this time, she wants us to make the audits\’ graphs and charts. Also, she wants us to do the chart audit again to compare it with our previous audit.
