Supervising is one of the critical components in any workplace environment. Proper supervision brings forth effectiveness of the workers and safety management. In most organization, the workforce is made up of people from various backgrounds, race, social status, and race among others, therefore, the success of the supervisor is vested on how he or she manages the diversity, time and space of the workers to increase their output (Certo, 2015).
