The main idea is the experience of medical students; transitioning from class and lab work to the practical experience in a hospital setting. In the flow, the conflict occurs with the failure of the medical student to identify the underlying health issue of the boy. The boy who has been presented to the healthcare setting seem to have a condition that is not easy to examine as class lectures are not helping (Gremmels n.d.).
