Final Paper Assignment: Organizational Communication Audit
Project Description: Your task is to conduct an organizational communication audit on any organization of your choice using the communication audit survey that I posted in Blackboard and to write a paper to report the results of the audit. The paper should be an academic paper but should also communicate to the organizational leaders to help them understand how communication is taking place in their organization.

Models to Work From
I have provided an article on an organizational communication audit and a research instrument from Concordia University based on the International Communication Association’s audit for you to work from. You can add new questions, delete questions, or modify questions from this research instrument so it best assesses the organization that you decide to study. There are also other models and examples available that you can draw from in the academic literature.
