There are numerous theories of learning existing today. These theories are developed by both learners and teachers and may comprise behaviorism, constructivism, and multiple intelligences, among others. In my case, the theory of learning that works best is behaviorism. One of the reasons is that behaviorism is easy to understand in that it depends on observable behavior. For instance, as determined by Nja et al. (2019), I use observable behavior to describe various universal laws of human nature. Some of the positive reinforcement techniques I draw from the theory that has proved to be of benefit to me has also been used in some cases for the management of humans with antisocial and autistic behaviors (Kearney-Nunnery, 2016). I can also modify my behavior to suit what is being taught, as well as reinforce my learning process.
       Accordingly, the learning style that applies to how best I learn is the visual learning style. According to Kearney-Nunnery (2016), a visual learning style involves the use of the Fleming VAK/VARK model that a learner is expected to see the intended information before processing it.
