You will be responsible for writing an analytical report covering one of the case studies in the book. The report will answer the associated Discussion Questions at the end of the case. Do not just write the questions and then answer them. The report should be written as an analytical paper addressing the questions within the report. However, it should not be difficult to locate the answers to the questions within the report. Address any other areas that you deem to be pertinent to the case such as ethics, possible changes the company could have made or successes and failures and the reasons behind them.

The report should:
– contain no fewer than 3 pages and no more than 5 pages (not counting the cover page)
– be double-spaced
