Strengths and Weaknesses

Based on my assessment, my biggest strengths include leadership, intellectual curiosity, ambition, adaptability and flexibility. On the other hand, my weaknesses include time wastage, lack of in-depth knowledge in some disciplines and being over assertive. 

First of all, my leadership characteristic is clearly demonstrated by my strategic approach to issues. I have been in different leadership positions in school where I have chaired multiple discussions between the learning institution and the student representatives. In college, I was able to run a spirited campaign for the student union presidency and eventually clinched a win. This position came with a lot of responsibilities which I was able to discharge efficiently. Secondly, I am passionate about knowledge acquisition. Since my days in the elementary school, I tend to pay attention to new concepts and discussions. I am a fast learner and once convinced, I fight for my opinion. Once proven wrong, I take the correction with pride and accept the contrary view. I am also quick to admit my weaknesses and seek assistance. This approach to life makes it very easy for me to solve problems effectively and efficiently. In addition, I believe that adaptability and open mindedness are critical strengths that I have developed over time.  Given the hard economic times, I have been to various parts of the United States for work purposes.
