Job knowledge test is one of the most significant assessments that I have undergone in my life. The test was all about finding out the level of knowledge I had on the job requirements, remunerations, and the details of the job. The positive part of this test is that it was not strenuous mentally. Unlike the cognitive tests which require brainstorming, my job test was only based on knowledge of the job that I had. Therefore, my success depended on my ability to provide rational responses to the questions presented.  Another positive thing about the test is that the questions were valid and easy to respond to. As such, I could easily produce an appropriate response based on experience and knowledge of that field. Little knowledge on some issues is one of the negative experiences that I confronted. For example, the question of job responsibilities purely depended on quality research, and without it, it was hard to answer. The negative experience could be improved through psychological preparation and intensive research.
