Introduction
Personality types differ significantly in the work practice. People exhibit different habits and ways of doing things according to how they are naturally and socially packaged. The behavior in the workplace is also very different as people of different personalities meet and each one of them expresses their unique traits. This state of affairs ends up creating advantages or hitches within the workplace. The human resource taskforce is perpetually entitled to manage the different personalities of people and bring them into concrete harmony. That is the only way a company can reap from its employees.
