Critical success factors is a term that refers to all the fundamental approaches or initiatives that an organization has to undertake to achieve some of the set objectives and goals (Chatzoglou et al., 2016). For an organization to attain all the set goals, it has to be well conversant with the success factors that are at its disposal. The success factors revolve around processes, tools, skills, management, planning, teamwork and communication that takes place within the organization. All these are elements that need to be accrued and utilized in a manner that will lead to the expected outcomes.
