There is a lot that I have learned from the BUS 250 HUM course and which I wish to share. The course has covered quite a lot of information that give insight on aspects of culture, diversity and humanity. Every of these three aspects provided a significant insight on the impact that comes with interacting with different culture and especially meeting people who speak different languages (Baraldi, 2019). The experience gained from this course makes one an all-rounded person with well-established social spheres of life. For instance, the lessons learned about cultural differences taught me to interpret different cultures as an opportunity to be better especially in the current world where diversity is key (Scholz, 2012). With increased industrialization and globalization, the three aspects of cultural diversity and also humanity prepares a person to be all-rounded and ready to face and go through challenges as they come and utilize the emerging opportunities for their good and the good of those around them (Doku & Asante, 2011).
