My undergraduate degree in Economics from Georgian Technical University, have provided me with relevant knowledge that I have used in my responsibilities as a manager. This has been supplemented by my MBA from Georgian Technical University, which have ensured that my leadership in organizations I have worked so far have been excellent. I have been tasked with major responsibilities, which I would not have been able to complete without my bachelors and MBA. I however feel I need to expand my knowledge as I think many things have changed in the contemporary business environment and thus an addition MBA is relevant to me. I believe it is important to keep updating myself with management theories that keeps being advanced with time. In the technological era we are living in, new knowledge keep emerging making it relevant for regular updating of oneself. I therefore plan to undertake an MBA at University Of Management And Economics (Vilnius, Lithuania).
