Team Strengths and Weaknesses             Problem-solving refers to the ability to work through problems by applying critical thinking skills to find a solution. In the workplace or organization, teams are expected to solve emerging problems or challenges daily. Some situations require the involvement of a team as the best choice to solve these problems.
