Write My Essay For Me

My scenario:

A scenario of this would be if a patient presents to the ER with a chief complaint of vague symptoms and is a poor historian that doesn\’t allow for an immediate diagnosis. The nurse can place the patient on the cardiac monitor and closely observe vitals and rhythms for any acute changes that may occur while waiting to access the patient record, for lab results and additional diagnostic tools. You can watch your trending vitals and set for appropriate time intervals. For example, you see a gradual change in the rhythm that is concerning. You can intervene early to prevent a worsening situation. You can look at your previous rhythms and vitals from past visits to compare and contrast. You may also take it a step further by bringing up a past EKG to check baselines.
