Presenting Duty Ethics
Presenting to a management team, client, or work group is a skill that professionals need to master. Multimedia presentations are the norm today. For this SLP 4 assignment:
Research duty ethics using articles primarily from the Trident Online Library’s full-text databases (such as Academic Search Complete, Business Source Complete, and/or ProQuest Central).
Provide a background and applications to a chosen organization that will be the audience for this presentation.
PowerPoint Presentation
Create a professional PowerPoint presentation. You will be assessed on the design of the presentation (including colors, backgrounds, professionalism, font, graphics). Optional content: Sound, videos, animation.
Wording on the slides should be bullet points or short overviews of what you will discuss when each slide is shown. You want your audience to pay attention to you and not read along on the slide.
Presentation Script
Create a script to accompany the presentation. It should be persuasive and targeted to the group chosen for this presentation. It can be written in a conversational style but since you are engaging in research, be sure to cite in the script and add a reference list in APA format.
SLP Assignment Expectations
This PowerPoint presentation segment of the SLP should be at least 15 slides.
The presentation script segment of the Individual Project should be at least 2-3 pages in length (single spaced).
When you submit your assignment to the SLP 4 Dropbox, two files will need to be uploaded:

Slide 1	Duty ethics is all about what people do and not necessarily the consequences that accompany those actions. It is based on the moral fabric that one already knows what is right and what is wrong and hence one does something because that is what is right to be done. Wrong things have to be avoided for one basic fact that they are wrong. Consequences are not in one’s mind at this stage.
Slide 2	Duty ethics are vital in society. They dictate the value that every human being has to attach on the decisions they make. It is based on the idea that human rights and ethical practice must be respected (Barry, 2016).
Slide 3	The slide introduces duty ethics in business. Professionalism is the guiding principle of every business operation. In such business ventures, the element of trust cannot be ruled out. Business leaders must trust their employees and treat them with utmost respect. It is also important for business leaders to embrace hands on approach in handling sensitive areas of the business.
Slide 4	It is important that all financial aspects of the business are disclosed to relevant stakeholders. During a merger or acquisition, all interested parties must be well informed of different cultures. There also has to be proper accounting procedures to improve accountability and transparency (Barry, 2016).
