We went to the Clinical on Monday and Wednesday.
On the first day of Leadership Clinical:
We went through the COVID questionnaire and temp check
waited for the house supervisor in the Looby because she was in the meeting.
We introduced ourselves to each other and went to her nursing office.
We toured the facility. It\’s a psych facility.
She assigned us to do the audit of the charts.

On the second day of Leadership Clinical:
COVID questionnaire and temp check
once again, the house supervisor was in a meeting, so we waited for her in the Lobby.
She wants us to complete the charts audit because we could audit the charts in two stations last time. There are four stations in this facility.
After done with our audit, we interviewed the house supervisor for our Leadership Essay.
The House supervisor was so impressed with me; she offered me a job even though I am an LVN. She gave me her phone number. She said she would wait for my resume.

For the two days of clinical leadership, I was involved in chart auditing with my colleagues, a task assigned to us by our supervisor. In total, we completed chart audits for the four stations of the facility. A chart audit is an examination of medical records, either hard copy or electronic for purposes of measuring certain elements of performance (Gregory et al., 2008).
