Peer learning can be defined as a mode of learning where peers exchange ideas from each other without necessarily having one carrying more authority than the others. In any given classroom situation, use of peer learning is a better way of ensuring that students learn better and freely.
Computer training and any other web based training involves a lot of practical sessions and hence will be a perfect example where peer learning is practiced. In such a situation, individual contribution of each peer is taken seriously as they freely interact. Students can use the internet to undertake a research activity linked to what they learned in class or generally an idea that interests their minds.
Internet based training can be used by the peers to better improve their ability to retain information which may be hard to grasp when being taught in class. A classroom…
