Part 2: Annual Goals
Write two measurable behavioral goals and two measurable academic goals for Ana. Goals should include:
A specific, measurable skill/behavior to be achieved in this goal; and
A specific measurement tool or assessment strategy
In addition, include a baseline for each goal that identifies the present level of the student related to the skill stated in the goal.

Part 3: Rationale
Provide a 375-500-word rationale that clearly discusses and defends how each annual goal makes sense based on the PLAAFP and also how each goal is measurable.

Measurable annual goals refer to statements that describe what can be done by a child living with disability in a span of 12 months within his/her educational program. Measurable annual goals have a direct relationship with the needs identified in the student’s present level of academic achievement and functional performance (Halliwell, 2012). The goals are written under the guidance of the IEP team and it is essential in addressing the issues affecting students living with disabilities. Based on Ana’s case study, this essay seeks to identify and discuss two measurable goals for Ana with the inclusion of the rationale that defends the annual goals.
