            Very interesting leadership profile.  We actually share the relator leadership quality.  I too have improvements to make in this quality.  As a relator, you have the desire for intimacy and deep connections with friends and potential friends, but run the risk of exposing yourself to people that will use it against you (Rath, 2017). 

As far as your desire for being self-aware and self-actualization, Krems et al. (2017) describes self-actualization as realizing what motivates you and realizing your full potential.  Realizing these things provides calmness over your life and ends any kind of doubt in your life.  By decreasing doubt in your life, you will know you can trust yourself, and only yourself.
