NYC cares is a non-profit organization founded by residents of the New York with an intention of providing volunteering services that help improve the social welfare of the society. The organization works with many volunteers in order to improve the education and other immediate needs of the less fortunate people in the community. Through its volunteering services, it has been able to raise money to build schools, clean gardens and parks every year for the benefit of the less privileged. This essay is meant to explain how administrative theory, participative theory, and quality management theory improve the performance of the organization.
