On the brochure please use pictures, and color to make it appealing. Make it at 6th grade level of understanding. Include the following:

indications
recommended dosing guidelines
administration routes
side effects and contra indications included
a space for the patient to write down questions after teaching them about this medication
2. Nursing Implications:
Discusses 10 or more interventions for administration monitoring and effectiveness of medication (what should the nurse asses/monitor)

***On a separate word document (3rd page) include the following:
1. Accurately identifies demographic data, past health history, medical diagnosis: identifies 2 priority nursing diagnosis
2. Develops a complete pertinent medication teaching plan including learning needs, educational goals, and learning outcomes
