Part 1

2. Stakeholders in Evaluation — This section must be a narrative of at least 250 words and include a research-supported argument regarding the extent to which each stakeholder group should be involved in the evaluation.

3. Preferred Method of Evaluation — This section must be a narrative of at least 750 words and include a statement of the preferred method, at least three research-supported arguments for the method, and a summary of your argument in favor of this method. At least five scholarly sources are required to support your argument.
