Final Project Part One – Leadership

All leaders have unique special drivers that compose their leadership style. These talents can help leaders capitalize success margins by focusing on the top five dominant themes. In the Clifton’s strengths exercise, the applicant answers questions to the most likely tendency represented and results are ranked in order. Thirty-four themes are covered breaking out the top five results. My results were as follows:

Summary of Results

Restorative – I enjoy solving problems and look forward to finding the solution to it. I never worry that I can’t help. I’m consistently looking for ways to improve systems that are no longer working well. If it is something I have done before and failed at, I gain insights from mistakes made in the past, so I do not repeat them. Instinctively I frequently devise better maneuvers or recruit people to work on various jobs, tasks, teams, and activities in team settings.

Achiever – I have an internal fire burning inside me that pushes me to do more, to achieve more. It happens every single day and tasks must be accomplished for me to have fulfillment. After each accomplishment is reached, the fire dwindles for a moment, but very soon it rekindles itself, forcing me toward the next goal. I invest a lot of time, effort, and energy in winning followers. However, my strengths in achievement allow me to exhibit the mental and physical capacity to concentrate on various tasks from start to finish. Learner – I love to learn and the process is exciting, especially when I can later practice the newly gained skilled or craft. I capitalize this theme by asking questions and listening to people’s answers, especially when meeting new people.
